Want to stay in a literal palace, right in the heard of Old Town, for less than $200/night?! Hotel Verte is about the only place I can imagine that would fit the bill! Plus, this place is the perfect mix of on-trend decor and old-time luxury. Honestly, if this place is available and you’re looking for something central—book it right now!

The Raffles Europejski is dripping in opulence, which isn’t necessarily my style. But it is a vibe. Exceptional mosaics and stonework are rounded out by plush upholstery to make you feel like the royalty you are! Bonus points for being one of the best spa hotels in Warsaw.

With its trendy wood panelled bedrooms and impressive marble bathrooms, you wouldn’t expect Hotel Warszawa to be one of the most important heritage buildings in the Warsaw skyline. And yet… it’s actually a stunning example of interwar brutalism. Some rooms even retain a bit of the original concrete, along with expert design choices that make it feel downright cozy. I’m in—meet you at the spa!

$$$ | 5 Star | Śródmieście Południowe | Urban Spa Oasis
You might know of Nobu from the chain of high end restaurants or hotels—either way, if you’re looking for a slice of calm Japanese design and vibes during your stay in Warsaw then Nobu Warsaw is for you. Might sound strange, but I think it works for the neighborhood. Once again, there won’t be many other destinations where you’ll get so much for so little, so I for one would take advantage!

It’s a difficult choice, but if my hand was forced I think I’d go with PURO Warsaw as my very top pick among the amazing five star hotels in Warsaw. Every space at this hotel is impeccably design with intentionality and a little bit of whimsy. Stay here to live your very best life, and don’t forget to check out the rooftop bar/restaurant while you’re at it…

If you’re looking to stay right on the doorstep of Warsaw’s Old Town, Warsaw Story might just be for you. The rooms here aren’t just super cozy on the surface. They also feature kitchenettes and beds that recent reviewers rave about, so you’ll feel right at home! I’m also into the gold accents, parquet floors and high ceilings.

Aside from being tastefully decorated and lit with ample natural light, one of the biggest draws of Sava Boutique Hotel is its prime location in Powiśle (one of the coolest local neighborhoods in Warsaw), next to the Vistula River, and steps from a convenient metro station. Despite being relatively new, this place has glowing reviews rolling right in, so snag a room before it’s booked up for your dates!

Located just across the road from the last option, the Barceló hotel in Powiśle is also fairly new. It definitely leans more industrial chic (which isn’t my vibe personally), but you might be drawn to the fact that its big name branding pairs with tasteful, on-trend decoration and a rooftop restaurant/bar/pool area.

Another aparthotel option on the list, No. 4 Residence offers 22 units that perfectly balance the comforts of a self-catering stay with hotel amenities (hot croissants in the lobby every morning, anyone?!). This property, located in one of my favorite Warsaw neighborhoods is minimalist without feeling spartan and stylish without feeling overdone. All in all? Huge fan.

For lovers of family-owned, independent boutique hotels in off-the-beaten-track neighborhoods, look no further than ARTHOTEL Stalowa 52. Located in a “revitalized” prewar tenement in the hip Praga district of Warsaw, this hotel is dripping in character and charm. Plus, it’s only 2 minutes away from a Metro station that will get you to most spots in central Warsaw in 10-15 minutes. Although, with its ideal location, you’ll find yourself easily exploring Praga’s best kept secrets for most of your trip!

Unfortunately there are really no hotels in Saska Kepa proper, but who cares when this apartment is available? Steps away from the Polish Vodka Museum and my favorite pierogi in the whole city (Skamiejka), Moxy Warsaw is about the coolest Warsaw hotel you could hope to stay at under $100/night. Sure, the decor might lean a bit too trendy, but the pluses far outweighs the minuses on this one for me!

$ | 3 Star | Praga Południe | Comfy in the Heart of Praga
The spacious, comfy, and functional units at Hotel Tulip Residences, an aparthotel steps from PGE Narodowy, are everything you’d hope from a 3-star accommodation in Praga. That is, they’re nothing special, but they’re an excellent deal and super clean! Probably the biggest draw of this property is its central location between the three best parts of Praga (North, South and the Soho Factory).

$ | 2 Star | Old Mokotów | Basic but Comfy
It’s not likely you’re actively looks for hotels in Mokotow Warsaw, but that’s honestly too bad! Mokotow is an adorably off-the-beaten-track neighborhood that deserves more attention—and Hotel Mokotów is just about the perfect base to explore. Rooms are simple but clean, and also dirt cheap. If you’re traveling to Warsaw on a budget, this hotel is at the top of my recommendation list.

$ | Old Mokotów | Impeccably Decorated
The Dark Blue Apartment in Old Mokotów isn’t available often, but when it is… you’re in luck. Not only is this place impeccably decorated exactly the way I’d decorate my own spacious Warsaw apartment, but it’s also ridiculously cheap. If you’re planning a slightly longer stay in Warsaw, this would be my recommendation in a heartbeat.

For a budget stay close to Old Town, the Glamour Art Apartment is an excellent option. It has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, and the perfect feminine touch for those who want to come home to a relaxing and comfortable space each evening.
