Today I’m going to walk you through one of my favorite skincare brands and tell you all about the 10 Cocokind products that are actually worth your money.
Before we get into what makes the best Cocokind products so great, I also have a little treat lined up for you! Cocokind has agreed to give my readers 10% off their orders with the code RACHELIRL at checkout.
If you’re familiar with Cocokind already, feel free to scroll down a bit to get straight into my recommendations for the best Cocokind products, but if you’re still curious to learn more about this brand, keep reading.
Is Cocokind a good brand?
Cocokind is an amazing sustainable and ethical skincare brand that keeps hydration and barrier protection top of mind. They’re a “clean” beauty brand (although they don’t like that label) – all of their products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, phthalates and fragrance. It’s also Asian- & women-owned!
Basically, if you’re someone who values a company that walks the walk and talks the talk: Cocokind should fit the bill perfectly.
I’ve personally tried a wide range of the best Cocokind products, and those that aren’t as amazing. Some are misses and some are holy grails, so I thought I should take my experience and create a helpful guide to Cocokind products that are actually worth your money for those of you who haven’t tried them already!
Cocokind products that are actually worth your money
The best Cocokind products on the market span every step of the skincare routine because – duh! – this brand just gets it.
I’m so excited to get into the nitty gritty of the pros and cons of every one of the best Cocokind products below so you can go shopping with the knowledge that you are only going to choose the Cocokind products that are actually worth your money.

1. Daily Silk SPF 30 Facial Sunscreen
I am SO happy that Cocokind launched this chemical hybrid sunscreen. Their mineral sunscreen was previously the only option available, and it left a really strong white cast on me, making me wayyy less likely to grab it off of my vanity. This new one has successfully solved that problem for me, and now I’m so excited to recommend it as one of the first Cocokind products that are actually worth your money.
Pros: Coming in at $25 a bottle, this is a pretty affordable sunscreen option. Considering that Cocokind is an ethical and sustainable brand, the price is even more impressive. The packaging is super cute, and SPF 30 is perfect for most regular days. The finish is dewy but not greasy, and it layers beautifully under makeup. And of course, as mentioned, it doesn’t leave a white cast.
Cons: I do wish that it came in a bigger bottle! I would prefer to buy a bit more and have it last longer. On the other hand, the small size makes it easier to bring with me during the day for reapplication!
TLDR: Formula and application is a dream, especially for the price. I wish it came in a larger size but it does the job and absolutely deserves its title as #1 among the best Cocokind products!

2. Raspberry Vinegar Toner
One of the very best Cocokind products that has been around since the very beginning is this super unique raspberry vinegar toner.
I don’t really know of any other products similar to it, which is of course why I wanted to try it out. It’s meant to clarify and decongest the skin, and it’s definitely formulated for oily skin in mind: promising to unclog pores and remove excess oil. I’ve used this on both my face and body and I personally prefer to use it on my body. Also, it comes in a glass spray bottle – something I love in a skincare product because I don’t have to worry about it sitting in plastic for too long. Plus, I think it looks nicer on my shelf!
Pros: I love this for my chest and back – two places where I consistently struggle with oily skin and breakouts. I feel like I can tell a difference immediately: it really does help with the oil in the moment. I like to spray it directly onto the skin and pat it in with my hands rather than use a cotton round (I find that you get more out of the product this way). However, if I do want to use it on my face for a breakout, that’s when I’ll break out the cotton rounds to get a more targeted application. I think the price is super fair for a toner, especially one that’s so effective.
Cons: The name should be a dead giveaway, but in case it wasn’t: it smells like vinegar. Maybe that’s harsh – I think it smells more like kombucha actually, but in case you aren’t familiar with kombucha, just imagine a sweeter and less intense vinegar. This isn’t a con for me personally (I love kombucha!), but I know scent can be a huge turnoff for some people.
TLDR: Super worthwhile and useful product for acne-prone skin, but smells strongly of kombucha!

3. Rosewater Facial Toner
I love this rosewater toner, and to be honest all rosewater toners, because it really is a one size fits all type of product and a fan favorite among all the best Cocokind products out there. You can use rosewater toners no matter what your skin type is, as a mist throughout the day, or as a setting spray. It’s a great product for skincare beginners or skincare minimalists.
Much like the raspberry vinegar toner, you can spray this directly on your skin or onto cotton rounds if you prefer. I find that this spray nozzle is perfect though – it’s a really fine mist! They also often have a larger size available in a pump bottle, which would be ideal for the cotton rounds!
Gonna keep this one short and sweet because it’s just such an all-rounder type of product and, to be honest, I don’t have any cons for this one!
TLDR: This is a perfect all-rounder toner and I have no critiques!

4. Ceramide Barrier Serum
I am always on the lookout for hydrating serums that don’t center Hyaluronic Acid as their main ingredient (you can read about why here), which is why I absolutely love this Cocokind ceramide serum. It favors ceramides as the powerhouse ingredient and I think I’m officially a convert. I’ve used a hydrating serum every single morning since I started actually committing to a skincare routine and I’ve tried dozens of products trying to find my holy grail product, so I definitely feel qualified to review this one as one of the top Cocokind products that are actually worth your money!
Pros: Ya’ll this one might be my holy grail! I love that it genuinely hydrates my skin and also supports my skin barrier. I feel like it helps my skin texture a ton, which I can’t say for most other hydrating serums, and I love the consistency of the product. Also, it only costs $20, which is a steal for a serum that works this well.
Cons: I think I’m reaching here just to commit to having a cons section… but if I had to name one issue I have with this serum it would be that the bottle is opaque, which makes it harder to know when the product is running out. But also it helps protect it from light and sun damage so, like I said, I’m reaching here and it absolutely still gets to keep its title as one of the very best Cocokind products.
TLDR: Possibly my favourite hydrating serum I’ve used – and I’ve used MANY.

5. Oil to Milk Cleanser
I am a religious double cleanser type of girl, so I feel very strongly about the quality of my oil cleanse. I’m happy to report that this one passes my test with flying colors! I honestly think that doing a first cleanse with an oil based product is a critical step in any skincare routine and it’s something I never skimp on. This one in particular uses oats to help your microbiome and keep your skin from becoming dry and stripped after using it.
Pros: This is such an effective first cleanser, I recommend it to everyone. I love that it comes in a squeeze bottle (I find push top bottles often give way too much product) so you can control the amount you want to use easily, and you really don’t need too much for this to work. It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean and ready for a second cleanse. I love it.
Cons: I really just wish I could buy a bigger size! I use this most evenings, so I go through it quickly and I wish I could have each one last longer.
TLDR: A practically perfect first cleanser, I just wish it came in bigger sizes!

6. Resurfacing Sleep Mask
One of the more exciting the Cocokind products that are actually worth your money! I don’t typically gravitate towards sleep masks because I have a hard time working them into my routine, but the resurfacing sleep mask has unsuspectingly grown on me!
I like to use it in the warmer months when I don’t feel the need to use as much heavy night cream in my routine. I also prefer to sleep on my back in warmer months, and I like to sleep on my back when I use any type of sleep mask (though this one says it’s pillow proof), so it just works out well! This mask uses Bakuchiol, a retinol alternative, to gently smooth, clear and brighten the skin.
Pros: You can literally see the differences in your skin overnight – I’m not exaggerating! Whenever I use this I wake up feeling so much brighter and smoother, which I can’t say about most products. It’s only $22, which is kind of crazy for a retinol-esque mask that actually works. I see the best results when I use this regularly, rather than as a last ditch effort to save my skin when it’s not doing so well.
Cons: I wish it had a better application process! It’s a very runny consistency, but it’s also stored in a little tub, which to me just doesn’t make sense. When I first got it I spilled it all over the place because I assumed it would be much thicker – so consider yourself warned! This also makes application difficult/messy. I think it would be better suited to a squeeze tube or even a squirt top bottle.
TLDR: This mask is so effective that they could charge triple and I’d probably still buy it, I just wish it wasn’t sold in a little tub because it makes application a bit difficult.

7. AHA Jelly Cleanser
This AHA jelly cleanser is one of the best Cocokind products and the cleanser for the summer in my opinion. It specifically targets congested and oily/acne prone skin while maintaining your skin barrier and hydration. Perfect as a second cleanse (after the Oil to Milk Cleanser), or as a morning cleanser, it has some natural AHAs to gently take care of dead and dull skin and keep your skin nice and fresh.
Pros: This is a great way to add another active into your routine without overpowering and hurting your skin! I love that this helps keep my oily T-zone and large pores in check while still allowing me to use more hard hitting acid serums. I especially love to bring this with me when I travel because my skin always becomes irritated when I’m on vacation.
Cons: It’s a bit pricier than what I normally pay for cleansers, but at $18 a bottle it’s still relatively affordable. It also lasts forever, which is nice.
TLDR: A bit pricier than my normal face wash selections, but worth it nonetheless.

8. Revitalizing Eye Cream
Eye creams are so often full of empty promises, bold fragrances, and cost an arm and a leg. This eye cream is the counterpoint to that, so it’s a total winner for me. It stands out among the best Cocokind products for helping you achieve brighter, smoother looking under-eyes by hydrating and refreshing the delicate skin there. If used regularly it also promises to reduce the appearance of dark circles and under-eye bags. I’m an avid eye cream user, and I can be a bit picky with them – I have somewhat sensitive eyes! – so I love finding ones that work for me.
Pros: The metal applicator tip is sooooo nice to use. Have you ever tried the spoon hack, where you put the back of a spoon under your eyes and let the cooling sensation depuff them? Well this kind of does the same thing! The cool touch is so welcome in the mornings, and the actual product pats into the skin like a dream. It’s never pilled when I go to apply makeup, and I do find that I look a bit more awake when I use this! I also prefer that it’s in a tube rather than a tub, as it’s so much more hygienic. This is probably one of my top Cocokind products that are actually worth your money.
Cons: You have to make sure you clean the applicator tip regularly – which is more of a warning than a con, but it’s still worth noting. The product will totally build up on the tip otherwise (I’m sadly speaking from experience!!).
TLDR: Affordable, effective and innovative – just make sure you clean the applicator!

9. Postbiotic Acne Serum
If you’re in the world of skincare you’ve probably heard of the two different acids: AHAs and BHAs (and if you haven’t you can read more here [link coming soon] – or just remember that AHA gets at surface level while BHA penetrates the skin). I’ve used both AHAs and BHAs over the years and I always find myself gravitating more towards AHAs, finding that BHAs often make my skin worse, rather than better.
This acne serum is one of the absolute best Cocokind products and it changed all of that for me! I think it has to do with the use of “postbiotics” that help balance and soothe. When I use this I can absolutely tell a difference in my pores.
Pros: Delivers noticeable results! This has improved my skin texture and congested T-zone for sure. It’s affordable and application is a 10/10, leaving your skin nice and prepped for next steps.
Cons: Less of a con really and more of a note – I think it works best as a continued maintenance product, rather than a product you bring in when things have already gotten bad, if you know what I mean.
TLDR: The perfect BHA serum for regular use and congested skin.

10. Vitamin C Glow Serum
I’ve used a vitamin C serum since the earliest days of my skincare journey, and I LOVE the one from Cocokind, so it had to be the last official recommendation for the Cocokind products that are actually worth your money.
Vitamin C can help even skin tone and texture, fight signs of ageing, and hydrate the skin – among other benefits. I love using it in my routine, but it can be difficult to find your perfect match. So many serums are overpriced, oxidize before they’re finished, smell like pepperoni, or pill on your skin. A quality vitamin C is just really hard to find!! The Cocokind one, however, is a winner.
Pros: This serum is affordable, coming in at only $20 a bottle, and you get a decent 1 oz. of product! The bottle is opaque so it won’t oxidize while you’re still mid serum, and it doesn’t have any funky pepperoni smell. The application is flawless and doesn’t leave you tacky, greasy or pill off your skin as you apply further products. All in all, this is a dream addition to the list of best Cocokind products.
Cons: Truly no cons! I will buy this again and again.
TLDR: Run, don’t walk, to get this serum into your routine.

BONUS: Sea Kale Clay Mask
I’ve left this sea kale clay mask as a bonus add-on to my list of best Cocokind products because I wanted to make sure the 10 main recommendations were things that I find essential in a skincare routine. I love a mask as much as the next gal, but I also am big enough to admit that I don’t need them in my cabinet. However… if you are in ~want~ of a mask, this one is incredible.
It packs the same punch as similar clay masks, but doesn’t dry you out or strip your skin. I love to use this after I travel, during my period, or honestly sometimes just to pamper myself. It also works great as a spot treatment!
